CLOSURE ORDER STILL IN EFFECT - you may begin to prepare foods using ONLY the two door sliding glass cooler - inspector to return tomorrow morning to check on prep cooler - do not use quat sanitizer on food contact surfaces - requires a rinse step; use bleach - do not use Fantastik cleaner for food contact surfaces - ensure that your bleach sanitizers are labelled for front of house and back of house use: > front of house and all other high touch surfaces: 1000ppm > back of house: 100ppm
