Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noodles, onion pancake and pan fried dumplings were left out at room temperature. Temperature of the items were @ 9 deg. C. <=2 hours at the room temperature.
-->Directed to transfer the items back to the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): All perishable items must be kept in a cooler @ <=4 deg. C all times.
