Follow up inspection to Report# KDEL-APGUMK

The following items have been corrected from last inspection:
1. Leak at the under the counter cooler in front prep area has been repaired.
2. New cleanup schedule has been implemented. Copy of new schedule was provided to Environmental Health Officer during time of inspection.

The following requires operators attention:
1. Ensure to send weekly pest control reports to Environmental Health officer as discussed during inspection.
2. Confirmation for renovation plan is required to be sent to Environmental Health Officer.
