Observation: - Rodent droppings noted along floor/ wall edges in the following areas:
- Under front coolers and freezers.
- Behind 2-compartment sink/ dishwasher/ grease trap.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean affected areas.
- Use 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water) on affected areas.
- Consider sealing/ installing a doorsweep at entrance swing gate to minimize potential pest entry from the mall.
- Continue to monitor pest activity. Report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control service technician.
- Ensure that all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control service technician.

- Handsink accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Coolers: ≤4C
**Note: Cooler under juicer not in use at this time. Employee states that unit is to be replaced. No concerns at this time, existing coolers are capable of meeting cold storage needs during peak demands.
- Freezers: -14C to -18C (Food products are maintained in a frozen state).
**Note: One freezer (under panini press) not in use. No concerns at this time, existing freezers are capable of meeting frozen storage needs during peak demands.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
- 200 ppm QUATS available for sanitizing food contact surfaces and food equipment.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 73.6C at dish surface.
- General sanitation of premises (unless otherwise mentioned) appears satisfactory.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements are in compliance. Employee on shift has valid equivalent certificate to FOODSAFE Level 1.
- Valid Permit to Operate posted.
