Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Front handwash station missing paper towels.
- Back handwash station missing hand soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately provide hand soap and paper towels at all handwash stations. Staff must wash their hands thoroughly using hot/cold water, handsoap in a dispenser, and single use paper towels.

Observation: - Grease and dirt build up in the following areas:
- on floors throughout the kitchen
- on walls inside the walk in cooler
- on shelves inside the walk in cooler and main kitchen
- around the display cooler
- around the BBQ cabinet/cutting board
Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas noted above using appropriate de-greaser, soap, and sanitizer, especially on food contact surfaces.

Comments

- General sanitation is poor.
- 2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in white buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine.
- Dry storage area has adequate space, shelves, cabinets.
- Staff unable to provide pest control report. Email the latest pest control report to the health inspector.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Basement storage locker contains canned soda, prepackaged rice, and cooking supplies/equipment.

Temperature control:
- Walk in cooler = 2C
- Display cooler = 3C
- BBQ cabinet = 50C. Operator must have time tracking sheet.
- Chest freezer (basement) = -16C
- Unable to provide daily temperature log. Staff must begin daily temperature log for all coolers and BBQ cabinet.
