Comments

-Follow-up inspection to November 04, 2019.
-Prep cooler has been serviced and was at 4C (top and bottom). Additional refrigeration gas was added to the cooler unit. Continue to monitor the cooler unit and contact technician if temperatures exceed 4C.
-Staff member on-site did not have FoodSafe Level 1 certification. Staff member has registered for a FoodSafe Level 1 course on November 19, 2019.
