Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: 1) All the waffle/cone making machines have an accumulation of food debris on them.
2) Dried up fudge and caramel were left in the warmer for what appeared to be days.
Correction: 1) Scrub and clean the machines.
2) Ensure that staff empty the warmer at the end of every night and clean the caramel and fudge containers as required.

On Follow-Up:
Ensure that the pest control company is contracted out biweekly until your pest issues are resolved.
Seal all gaps/holes as identified on the report.
Droppings under the POS station have been cleaned up
Waffle/cone makers have been cleaned

Outstanding Items:
Droppings noted on top of the grease trap. Clean this area up.
Re-caulk the edge of the 3-compartment sink as discussed.
Remove all items not required for the business e.g. empty containers on top of the grease trap, fudge/caramel warmer that's in the front service area.
Fix the water leak issue at the tap for the 3-compartment sink.
Develop a temperature log as discussed. Record temperatures daily.
