The following issue has been corrected on or before this inspection.
Low temperature dishwasher now dispensing at least 50 ppm chlorine residual at final rinse.
Sanitizer test strips are available for monitoring sanitizer concentrations.
Ensure to test dishwasher daily for chlorine residual.
