Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - A7GSYS:

Curry sauce cooled and stored in two separate containers. Internal food product temperature at 4 degrees C. Reminder to always cool foods from 60 to 20 degrees C in 2 hours then from 20 to 4 degrees C in 4 hours. Cool sauces using ice wands.
Some reorganization completed. Further issues with storage may require a reduction in menu items.
Pakora and aloo tikki stored in plastic totes with tight fitting lids.
Preparation cooler interior thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use.
