Sanitizer bottle was empty. --> The new sanitizer bottle was connected. 50ppm Cl detected after the new sanitizer bottle was provided. Ensure to monitor daily and change the chemical as needed. 2) Bleach water bucket was not available in the kitchen. -->Provide a bleach water bucket to sanitize used wiping cloths and work surfaces. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Kitchen staffs were wearing gloves.
