[s. 14(2)] Observation: -Internal temp of foods: Meat 8.5 oC, pineapple 8.9 oC -No record of temp monitoring data Correction: Discard all PHF with temp >4 oC Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CBGPKZ of Feb-08-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1.No sanitizer detected in both spray bottles -smell of vinegar noted. Spray bottle labels: multi surface cleaner wiping rags noted on sink (dirty) Correction: 1. Sanitizer must be available at all time with proper concentration to sanitize surfaces 2. wiping rags to be stored in a bucket of sanitizer at all time (when not being used)
