-Make up cooler is fixed Temp < 4 oC
*Ensure hand washing sinks are supplied with liquid soap and paper towel at all time ( the front sink liquid soap was empty -facility was closed still)
*Install the self closing device
* Deep clean the whole facility and monitor for any pest activity
* Post the permit to operate
* Ensure to keep log sheet for monitoring data on site for inspection
