Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Stir sticks in storage cup for coffee are stored directly below the liquid hand soap dispenser and water drips from hands directly on to exposed stir sticks when reaching soap dispenser
Corrective Action(s): Relocate the stir sticks so that these are protected from contamination and not directly under the liquid soap dispenser.

Comments

- Handwashing stations in back area, staff washroom and front sandwich prep area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in, undercounter storage, drinks cooler and sandwich prep cooler is less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is maintained at temperature greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution at the three compartment sink and in spray bottles is measured at greater than 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Foodsafe requirement is satisfied at the time of inspection

COVID-19:
-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan completed.
-Only two tables are open for dine in. Tables are spaced to provide 2 metres of physical distance. No more than 6 guests per table.
-Hand sanitizer available at the front entrance.
-Markers present on the floor to promote physical distancing.
