Observation: Final rinse pressure gauge on dishwasher observed at approx. 10psi on final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Pressure gauge is not reflecting accurate final rinse pressure. Optimum pressure on final rinse as per manufacturers plate is approx. 20psi. This violation was noted in the previous report on JUly 28, 2022. Have dishwasher serviced by technician as gauge may require calibration.

Dishwasher final rinse tested at 72c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
Monitoring logs being maintained
Walk in cooler at <4c. Food items covered and labelled.

Food preparation areas observed to be clean and being maintained
Hot holding unit at >60c
*Ensure staff are aware that the door to the walk in cooler must be physically closed when exiting as it does not completely close when exiting.
*Invoicing will occur in April. Ensure invoice is promptly paid for all 3 Maple Ridge locations.
