Correction: Ensure that the dishwasher is dispensing 50 ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle (at the dish surface).
Note: Test strips are available. Chlorine must be checked in the cavity of the low temperature dishwasher daily to ensure it is properly sanitized dishes and utensils.
