Observation: Food debris observed underneath various equipment, shelves, along walls, etc.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean the kitchen thoroughly and not just in the main walkway areas. Areas between fridges/freezers, behind boxes, etc should be cleaned as this is where food debris is collecting

-Handwash station (shared double sink with equipment washing sink) equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-With exception to above cooler, all other coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Bleach spray sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-3 compartment sink present with bleach available to sanitize. Plugs for sinks present
