Follow up inspection conducted to verify corrective actions completed. - Sliding door cooler was defrosted (due to ice build up) and temperature is now at 4C. - Functional thermometer was supplied to sliding door cooler. Ensure temperature is monitored. - All food products in walk-in cooler were covered and stored off of the floor. - Areas requiring cleaning which were detailed in routine inspection report have been cleaned. Ensure this level of sanitation is maintained. - Operator reported lamb legs to be thawed in walk-in cooler now Note: Operator reported kitchen walls to be painted in December
