Comments

Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Cooler operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Bleach (100-200ppm) available in a spray bottle. Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water each time, and label the bottle as 'bleach'.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Washroom satisfactory.

Facility no longer functions as a restaurant but as a storage and in use for making spice mixes and soup bases to distribute to other Pho99 locations only.
Ensure to clean and reorganize the facility so that all equipment/tools that are no longer in use are placed separate from what is in use.
