Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No cold water available at the 3 compartment sink used for dishwashing.
Hot water registered at 55 C.
Corrective Action(s): Sinks must have both hot and cold water to facilitate proper dishwashing.
Cold water valve was turned back on.

Observation: 1. Water leaks between 2 of the compartments when they are in use and plugged.
2. Vacuum sealer is broken.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Repair sink so that there is both hot and cold water and that water is not leaking between compartments.
Correct immediately.
2. Replace/repair vacuum sealer so that it is in working condition or remove off premises. Correct by January 8, 2024.

Routine Inspection
- Hand sink supplied with hot water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quat sanitizer available at dispenser and in spray bottles and registered between 200-400 ppm.
- Display and retail coolers were below 4 C or below.
- Walk-in cooler was at 4 C or below.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
