Observation: Mice activity observed around the bulk bin area. A third party pest control company inspects the general store three times a week. Control measures in place.
Corrective Action(s): Submit the last month's pest summary reports to the health inspector. Follow the recommendations of the pest control company regarding control and preventative measures.

Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Produce/fruit processing area in the back has a single compartment sink. Sanitizer at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Random audits conducted for food condition/expiration dates.
- Bulk bin dispensing area in clean condition.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Working thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
- The fan inside the walk in cooler in the dairy section was being serviced at the time of the inspection. Keep the door closed as leaving the door will increase the ambient temperature of the cooler.
