Observation: 1. Mop pail observed to be holding stagnant soiled water. Water appeared dark, cloudy grey. Mop was resting within water.
2. Back/receiving door observed to not be properly sealed; light visible under door.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Pail should be emptied after use to prevent harbourage of pests.

- Under condenser, on food products / shelf. Food products were fully sealed in original packaging and did not seem to be contaminated.

Corrective Action(s): Clear out ice and monitor to see if ice reoccurs. If so, contact refrigeration technician to have unit assessed and serviced.

Facility has bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measuring 200ppm by end of inspection

Storage:
All food stored at least 6" off the floor.
Food in storage covered or in original packaging.
Storage area well organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
Staff on site has valid FoodSAFE level 1 certificate
