Follow-up inspection conducted: - Droppings were removed from all mentioned areas. Affected areas were disinfected using 1000ppm chlorine. Good. - A hole on ceiling has been filled with steel wool and to be covered/sealed as agreed at this time. - Baits were all removed. NOTE: Ensure to have sticky/snap traps installed and monitor the situation. If worsens, contact professional pest control company for a full inspection.
