Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on April 25, 2018 (RPT #: JMAA-AY6SDA)
- Floor around dry storage area and area under cook line has been adequately cleaned
- Dishwasher trays now elevated off the floor - good
- Splash guard has been re-installed between cutting board and storage rack for washed utensils and equipment

Please continue to maintain your facility in sanitary condition.

Reminder: For proper sanitizing, a sanitizing pail must be used (tested at 200 ppm chlorine residual at time of inspection). Alternatively, you may use a sanitizer spray bottle and launder towels after each use.
