Observation: Vinyl flooring around dishwashing area is significantly cracked and large chuncks of vinyl are missing for multiple tiles.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that flooring is repaired or replaced to provide a finish that is smooth, non-absorbent, easy-to-clean, and suitable for its intended purpose. Areas with missing tile may be difficult to clean and may accumulate debris and/or water, which may potentially attract pest activity. Date to be corrected by: January 18, 2018.

- Coolers and milk/cream dispensers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezer at -15 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Cold holding units containing potentially hazardous foods are equipped with a thermometer
- Probe thermometers available on site for internal temperature checks
- Food is protected from contamination
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in buckets with wiping cloths, in sanitizing cups, in three compartment sink, and from dispenser at 200 ppm. Three sink plugs available for manual ware washing.
- In use utensils stored in ice water
- Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
- FOODSAFE requirements met. Certificate produced for staff member on site expires in 2021. Copies of certificates kept on site.
