Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CRESZU.
All outstanding violations in report#JCHY-CRESZU have been corrected:
-All handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks observed to be unobstructed.
-No cold potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored at room temperature. Advise that during lunch rush that minimal chopped vegetable may be stored at room temperature for 2 hours after which will be discarded.
-Can opener blade observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Underneath the cookline and exahust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure that exhaust hood vents are cleaned and sanitized weekly and underneath cookline daily to prevent build-up of grease.
-Exposed wood shelving units near the cookline and handwashing sink, dry storage room, underneath the high-temperature dishwasher, and wooden block in the walk-in cooler observed to be sealed. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.
