Observation: Aluminum foil noted around cooking equipment. Cardboard also noted under floor mats.

Observation: Hot water tap in staff washroom is not working. There is no hot water coming out from tap.

1. Several tiles are broken throughout kitchen, mainly around cooking line. Facility will be moving to another location next year. Will discuss repair next routine inspection, when operator finds out more when the move will be.
