-Dump sink available at bar area.
-Glass washer dispensed 12.5ppm Iodine residual during final rinse at glass surface.
-Bar cooler and walk-in drink cooler measured at less than 4C.
-Walk in freezer is measured at -18C.
-No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation is satisafctory
