Correction: Ensure ice baths are routinely replentished and maintain ice bath heigh w/level of food - Date to be corrected: Immediately

A new prep cooler is on order and will be installed in the next week or so. In the interim, operator has prepared appropriate ice baths
Additional cleaning is still required behind cook line - ensure this is a part of your routine cleaning procedures.

All containers are covered and appropriately labelled
