Routine Inspection Completed. Front hand washing sink adequately supplied. QUATs surface sanitizer in spray bottles at 200ppm. Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs dispenser at 200ppm. High temperature dishwasher for bulk station at 73C at plate surface. Display bunkers at 4C or below. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Temperature logs available and maintained. Food stored off the ground and covered. Employees in uniform with hair tied back/covered.
