Wiping rags observed stored in sanitizer containers. Required premise cleaning under front corner handsink, around oil box storage and inside closet has been completed. COVID-19 Safety Protocols - seating area re-configured to provide 2 meter distancing between customers at different tables. - condiments, take-out containers and utensils relocated away from direct customer access. - health screening system in place for staff reporting to work - 1000 ppm chlorine disinfectant used for disinfecting high touch surfaces - list of high touch surfaces identified for frequent disinfection ACTION: Provide schedule system for staff to follow to ensure high touch surfaces are frequently disinfected
