Glasses removed, all beverage served as prepackaged drinks and teas are served in disposable cups. General sanitation has improved, please keep up with regular cleaning of the facility. Menu has been updated so that no food is available at time of inspection. Copy has been e-mailed today. E-mail received to indicate that facility will not be making changes (e.g. menu or structural changes) without Health Approval. Pending issues: 1) Remove the box of broken glasses. Operator is taking box out at time of inspection. 2) Obtain and e-mail me photos of single use packets of sugar (with stirring sticks). 3) Clean the wall area under counter as indicated to operator. 4) Obtain chlorine test strips to use (100ppm).
