-General sanitation of premises was good.
-Chorine sanitizer bottle at 100ppm (discussed with operator that chlorine is an approved sanitizer for food contact surfaces)
*The Savall sanitizer at 0ppm chlorine, 0ppm of quats (do not use on food contact surfaces)
-Pantry room food storage was satisfactory.
-No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
-Dishwasher temperature at 64.9C at the plate (minimum temperature required 71C). Staff indicated that 3 cylces are run and temperatures checked at the plate (using a digital thermometer) prior to the running the final dishwashing cycle. Temperatures at the plate tested at 77.4C at the end of inspection.
-Handwash stations had hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.

***Foodsafe Level 1 certificates of operator and staff expire on March 18, 2019. Operator must get recertified. In the absence of the operator, at least one staff must be Foodsafe Level 1 certified.
