Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Low temperature mechanical dishwasher has run out of sanitizer. Staff has stated they have tried to get more, but supplier has still not yet delivered.
**Corrected during inspection** Facility is to switch to manual dishwashing method using 2 compartment sink.

Ensure sanitizer is at appropriate concentration (100-200ppm). This can be mixed using 1 tbsp household unscented bleach : 1 gallon (US) water.

Purchase sanitizer for dishwasher by April 14.

Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-CDEUF3

Rice scoop no longer stored at room temperature water.
Food items found to be only cooling at room temperature. All other cooked foods stored in cooler.
Mechanical dishwasher measured to be 100ppm at time of inspection.
Cardboard removed from shelves and guard. Replaced with fresh cardboard.
Build up of food debris on magnetic knife holder has been cleaned.
