*Temperature monitoring records missing several days every week. No records available for October 1-2. Ensure temperature monitoring records are maintained on a daily basis. This is as per your food safety plan.

Permit posted in front area.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
*Place paper towels in dispenser at the back 2 compartment sink.
Dishwasher registers 72 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
100ppm bleach available for use in spray bottle and container.
Dipper well in use.
Sliding glass door cooler at 3 degrees C.
