- Handsinks and staff washroom sinks supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Pizza Prep Cooler and Inserts: ≤4 deg C
- Condiment Cooler: 3 deg C
- Walk-In Cooler: 3 deg C - Temperature monitoring record for walk-in cooler appears maintained and up-to-date.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory - food is protected from contamination.
- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer in spray bottles available at all prep areas.
- Manual Dishwashing Method practices noted at time of inspection - no concerns noted. 200 ppm Quats sanitizer used for sanitizing food equipment.
- Quats test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted.

Note: Hand Sanitizer noted at handsinks. Discussed with operator - ensure that staff are not replacing handwashing with hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is not required and should not be used in food handling settings. Review proper handwashing practices with staff.
