Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths stored in bucket of water with no sanitizer. 0 ppm chlorine detected.
Corrective Action(s): All wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer solution for sanitizing surfaces. Mix 1 oz of bleach with 1 gallon of water for proper concentrations, and ensure to change sanitizer solution every 4 hours at a minimum.

- Walk-in freezer measured to be at -20C
- Knives and other utensils properly stored in holders
- Food storage satisfactory. Food in coolers were properly covered, good separation of raw and ready-to-eat food items
