-Follow-up inspection to October 6, 2023. -Staff member has completed FOODSAFE Level 1 -Operator has reviewed with staff cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Blender containers will be sanitized every 2 hours. Coffee steaming attachment will be sanitized after each use - sanitizer at 100ppm placed next to the coffee machine. -Operator will no longer store frozen fruits in single use zipper bags. Fruits will be scooped out from the main frozen fruit bag. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19
