Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli slicer was found to have food debris under the blade cover and arm. This in an ongoing violation.
Corrective Action(s): Deli slicer must be properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods. Slicer was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cook line handwash station was blocked with a cutting board placed over the basin and the water was turned off. This is an ongoing violation.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be readily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Water was turned back on and the cutting board was removed at the time of inspection.
