304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Significant number of fruit flies still present within back area of kitchen/dry storage room. Corrective Action(s): Trap has been installed above green waste macerator. Ensure professional pest control measures are continued as necessary to prevent problem from worsening. Ensure back door to kitchen is kept closed when not in use. Violation Score: 3 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [Repeat violation]: Back door to kitchen was again left open. Loading bay door was also open due to recent delivery. Corrective Action(s): Final warning given. Install a screen door (lockable, if required) by 15th March 2018. Further violations will result in the issuance of a correction ORDER, followed by potential ticket penalties. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Drain plug on 'wash' sink of 3-compartment sink has not yet been repaired. Corrective Action(s): Have plug repaired and working by next week (7th March 2018) at the latest. Call for reinspection once fixed. Violation Score: 3
