Routine inspection conducted of a convenience store. The following was noted during the inspection: Temperatures: Stand-up beverage cooler at 6C (on the left-most side). No potentially hazardous foods or beverages were inside Stand-up beverage coolers at 4C (remaining stand-up coolers) Chest freezers maintained at -18C or less for ice cream Hand wash station behind counter and in restroom adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Store generally well maintained in sanitary condition and is well-lit All food products stored on-site are pre-packaged No evidence of recent, visible pest activity noted at time of inspection Minimal food storage at back-of-house (several packages of pre-packaged candy) Operator has removed the drip coffee machine on-site - there are currently no plans to replace it. Slushy machine not in operation at time of inspection and was stored in sanitary condition Please contact the Environmental Health Officer if you have any questions or concerns.
