A deep clean has been done of restaurant: - back storage area has been completely emptied and scrubbed down - a leak was found that has been repaired - shelving/ bar unit beside buffet has been cleaned and sealed up - a scrub down has occurred from wall to wall All droppings have been removed (except very few noticed in dry storage room underneath large 2 door cooler) Dishwasher in buffet area has had chemical refreshed - reached 50ppm chlorine sanitizer Some scoops have been removed that were not of appropriate material No double stacking observed Milk crates in use only for packaged foods such as milk cartons. Good Please keep up this level of sanitation!
