Display cooler repaired and cold holding at <4c
Ensure wiping cloths are stored in quat sanitizer when not in use. Sanitizer solution is to be changed every 2 hours or earlier. Towels must be laundered off site in soap and bleach and stored on a clean shelf when returned to the premises.
Soiled Towels must never be sanitized and hung to dry on site.
