Corrections completed: 1. Hand sink in front coffee area is repaired. Liquid soap, paper towels and running water available. 2. Hand sink splash guard next to toaster oven has been installed. 3. Updated food safety plan for pizza dolly submitted and approved. Pizza dough, if left on display without refrigeration after preparation, will be time stamped and discarded after 2 hours. Note: the two repaired coolers are operating at 3.2C to 3.4C ambient temperature at the time of follow up. - good. Facility is now in compliance.
