Corrective Action(s): Cloths are to be stored in a sanitizer at all times. cloths are to be kept completely submerged. Monitor solution. Change routinely. Limit the amount of cloths being used at any one time.

Observation: Food/debris noted throughout facility and front service room - along walls, behind/under equipment, etc. Facility/shelving unorganized. Cleaned food contact implements not being stored in a sanitary manner.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize entire facility. Pull items away from the walls and clean behind equipment. Organize shelving. Store all items in designated areas. Cleaned items are to be stored in a manner in order to prevent post contamination.

- Pest Control: Ensure an active pest control program is being followed at all times. Certified company to provide advice/recommendations.
