3) Hydrated noodles in a large porportion were store in room temp for more than 2 hours
Corrective actions: 1) Always store bean sprouts in ice water when the sprouts are left on counter. Discard the left oven bean sprouts after 2 hours. Ensure only a small portion of bean sprouts are stored on counter
2) Always store foods below the fill lines in the inserts to allow proper cooling (Store cold potentially hazardous food at or below 4 deg. C)
3) Discard the leftover hydrated noodles after 2 hours and only store a small amount at room temp in the future.

Observation: observation: 1) Scoop stored in Tapioca pearls with handle touching the Tapioca pearls.

Corrective actions: !) Ensure handles of scoops stored within foods are not touching the foods. Scoop handle may be contaminated by soiled hands.

2) Properly and thoroughly clean up the meat slicer. Ensure no food debris left on the meat slicer and contaminate any foods being processed by the meat slicer in the future.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): observation: 1) A bag of whole onions were placed in a paper box near mop buckets and cleaning chemicals

3) Seafood sauce stored in opened and dented cans were at risk of contamination from leaching cans. (rusts can form from oxidation of opened cans)

Corrective actions: 1) Remove the bag of onions and do not store any food next to cleaning chemicals and area storing cleaning equipment.

2) Discard the seafood sauce. Ensure food from opened cans are transferred into food grade containers. Never store any food inside a open can.

Observation: observation: 1) oven was covered with oil greases both inside and outside the oven
2) Fume hood is visibly soiled with oil grease buildup
3) Food debris and dusts noted under griller area, on the floor of walk-in freezer and under the 2-compartment sink in back storage area.

Corrective actions: 1) clean up the oil greases from the oven and ensure the oven is being cleaned on a regular basis.

2) Ensure the Fume hood front esthaust panels cleaned more frequency to avoid oil grease build up that may cause food contamination and fire hazard

3) Clean up areas where food debris and dusts were noted. Maintain the premise in a Sanitary Condition by deep cleaning in a regular basis.
