Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A dead mouse was observed inside a snap trap in a floor corner of the food premises. Rodent droppings were observed inside a cabinet that did not contain any dry food, utensils, or equipment inside it. Remaining areas of the food premises appeared to be free of signs of any recent pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): The dead mouse was removed from the snap-trap and rodent droppings were disinfected and removed from the affected area during the inspection. Continue to monitor for signs of recent pest activity and continue with the integrated pest control program measures (sealing any entry points, keeping dry food covered in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids, keeping the food premises in a clean condition, implementing mechanical traps, having good waste control etc.).

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 79.6 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) internally at the plate level.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature at the manifold level (checked at the gauge) was at least 82 degrees C (180 degrees F) for at least 10 seconds.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (bleach water) was available inside the labelled spray bottle.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
