Handsink in the front area near the coffee dispensers and microwave was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Two handsinks in the washrooms were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler and other display coolers with pre-packaged potentially hazardous food were at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
Freezer temperatures were at or below -18 degrees C / 0 degrees F.
Bleach was available on-site for sanitizing purposes. Reminder: Use 1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water or 1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water to set up 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer so that food contact surfaces (e.g. coffee pots) can be washed, rinsed, sanitized for at least 7 seconds, and then air dried.
No signs of recent pest activity.
