-Follow-up inspection to February 27, 2020.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm. Ensure staff are sanitizing common touch areas more frequently.
-Hot holding of gravy and cheese sauce was greater than 60C.
-Grilled mushrooms made the previous night were properly cooled and were at 4C.
-Did not observe any foods labelled keep refrigerated stored at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any foods thawing at the time of inspection.
-Chemical containers were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
-Operator has closed off the self-service fountain drink dispenser, has removed all seating, and is offering take out only. Facility only allows a maximum of 4 customers in the facility at a time, allowing for physical distancing. Facility is in compliance with the Provincial Health Officer's Order.
