Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and safe food handling. Food protected from contamination in food grade containers with lids and covers. Equipment and food dispensing units in good working order. Utensils and single use items are sanitary. Condiments station is sanitary. Sanitizer in use 200 ppm quats. 70% isopropyl alcohol sanitizer used for temperature monitoring probes. Hot display unit at 69.9C pizza, sausage and gravy holder at 60C and above. Counter cooler at 3.6C sauces, walk in cooler at 1.0C pizzas. Temperature monitoring and logs in use. Sanitation checks and logs in use. Pest control company and monitoring in place.
