Follow up inspection of the Food Premise conducted. All violations were corrected. -Surface sanitizers present in work areas measuring at 200ppm chlorine residual -Sink plugs present and in use. Sanitizer sink measured at 50 - 100ppm chlorine residual. -No food stored on the floor. -Plastic single-use spoons no longer in use in dry ingredient bins. -Operator has enrolled in FoodSafe level 1 refresher course.
