Routine Inspection Conducted Observations: - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - All freezers at or below -19'C - Two thermometers available in each cold-holding unit - Temperature logs are maintained on site - No hot-holding on site - General sanitation is good during inspection - Hand washing station at back observed unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip - 2-compartment sink available - All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Best before date procedures discussed with manager. No issues noted. - Slushee machine observed not in service/use - No signs of pests during inspection - Professional pest control company is contracted to complete monthly inspections.
